Expansion of Revenue-Generating Properties
Arkan successfully increased its portfolio of revenue-generating properties to KD 70 million. This expansion aligns with the business plan, which involved increasing investment properties by KD 16 million. The growth was achieved through the acquisition of three key properties: a commercial complex, an industrial complex, and a residential building. This strategic move enhances Arkan's asset base and further strengthens its position in the real estate market.

This impressive performance highlights the company's resilience and ability to generate increased revenue under challenging conditions.
Formalized a Five-year strategic plan focused on expanding our real estate portfolio by focusing on acquiring cash-generating properties. This strategy targeted various real estate types, including industrial, commercial, medical-based, and residential buildings, aligning with market demand and the potential for robust cash flow. Prioritizing acquisitions over development aims to quickly enhance our portfolio's income-generating capacity, ensuring a swift return on investment and effectively covering the costs of funds from both debt and equity financing.
By diversifying our investments across different property types, we seek to mitigate risks and capitalize on various market opportunities, ensuring balanced growth and reducing dependency on any single market segment.
